Currently, this character generator is based on the top 2000 surnames from the 1990 U.S. Census. As time goes on, we will be adding foreign selections as well. Because this is randomly generated, some odd results can show up - It is statistically possible (however unlikely) to have a blond, blue-eyed Asian person.
